Meet our leaders

Zoran Bebic
Managing Director
Zoran Bebic
Zoran has been part of Monadelphous for 30 years, and has held a broad range of operational, financial and management positions during this time, including Executive General Manager of Maintenance and Industrial Services, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Zoran started with us as an accounts clerk within our finance team. On the weekend, you'll find Zoran in the garden tending to his plants, fruit trees and vegetables.
Dean Brajevic
General Manager, Human Resources
Dean Brajevic
Dean joined Monadelphous 15 years ago and has led our human resources, employee relations and industrial relations functions throughout this time. Before joining us, he was the Legal Counsel at Telstra. You're likely to bump into Dean outdoors, particularly if you're into challenging physical activities, like the Rottnest Swim or Avon Valley Descent.

Executive General Manager, EC
Adam Cook
Having notched up 25 years of experience, particularly in the energy and mining sectors, Adam joined Monadelphous in 2022. He leads our Engineering Construction division, with people, safety and innovation at the forefront of his decision making. When he's not at work, Adam is often standing next to a sporting field watching his kids play AFL or rugby, or down at the beach with his family.
Alastair Reid
Executive General Manager, M&IS
Alastair Reid
Al has over 25 years of experience in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors around the world. He joined Monadelphous in 2015 and has played a key role in the development of our Maintenance and Industrial Services division's growth and diversification strategy since then. Al likes adventure travel, has a passion for skiing and has participated in his fair share of endurance triathlon events in recent years.

General Manager, EC Projects
Brett Waters
Brett joined Monadelphous almost 15 years ago as a project engineer and has delivered a number of major, multi-disciplinary construction projects across the iron ore, alumina and oil and gas sectors during this time. He’s known for his dedication to delivering strong commercial outcomes and people performance, and doesn’t mind a cold beer and a good game of footy!

Damien Johnson
Damien has been part of Monadelphous for 20 years, having joined us as a graduate and progressively moved his way through the business, gaining experience on numerous projects and across a range of industries. Damien has a strong focus on people and customer relationships. On the weekend, you can find Damien passionately supporting his children and their respective teams from the sidelines.

General Manager, EC Heavy Lift & Support Services
Daniel Ooi
Daniel joined Monadelphous in 2025 with more than 20 years of engineering, project management and leadership experience across the resources and energy sectors. Daniel leads the Heavy Lift business, including the Alevro joint venture, and oversees Support Services across the EC Division. On the weekend, you’ll find Daniel watching his kids play sport, spending time with friends and family, or perfecting a Sunday roast.
Duane Oxford
General Manager, M&IS Eastern Region
Duane Oxford
Duane joined Monadelphous almost 20 years ago and draws on more than 30 years of experience in the mining and energy sectors. He has been in his current role, looking after our maintenance operations on the east coast of Australia and overseas in Papua New Guinea, for more than a decade. On the weekend, you’ll find him out running, on his motorbike or watching the MotoGP.

John O'Brien
John joined Monadelphous in 2020, starting as the Maintenance and Modification Services Manager for a major Energy customer. With more than 15 years’ experience in the energy sector, John has a proven track record of managing diverse teams and operations, including offshore maintenance, facilities maintenance, shutdowns, and upgrade projects.
Lorna Rechichi
General Manager, EC Strategy and Growth
Lorna Rechichi
With a background in financial advisory and management consulting in Australia, the UK and the US, and most of the last decade leading innovation, business services and operational teams as a member of the senior leadership team at Monadelphous, Lorna has more than 25 years of experience within the resources, energy, construction and utilities sectors. She is an avid member of our Gender Diversity and Inclusion Committee. On the weekend, you might bump into her at a music concert, watching her kids play sport or being active.
Nick Raffan
General Manager, M&IS Mining & Minerals North West
Nick Raffan
Nick has over 20 years of experience across the mining, oil and gas, mineral processing, manufacturing and power generation sectors. He joined Monadelphous in 2014 as a Project Manager where he worked on maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital projects for our long-standing mining customers. When he gets the chance, Nick loves spending time with his young family and trying new restaurants around Perth, with a soft spot for Italian food.
Paul Francis
General Manager, M&IS Mining & Minerals Southern Region
Paul Francis
Paul has over 30 years of experience across a range of construction and maintenance projects in the mining, minerals processing, petrochemical, oil and gas, water treatment and power sectors, including more than a decade with Monadelphous. He is a mechanical fitter by trade, as well as a mechanical engineer. Paul is an adrenaline junkie and loves getting out on his jet ski or enduro motorbike with his mates on the weekend.

Russell McBain
Russell joined Monadelphous in 2024 with over 20 years’ experience delivering major EPC, construction and heavy fabrication projects across five continents. A qualified Mechanical Engineer, he’s known for his passion for HSE and his strong focus on mentoring younger teams and creating opportunities for others to grow. When he’s not at work, you’ll find Russell spending time with his family, out on the farm, or enjoying his motorbikes and cars.
