At Brigalow Peaking Power Plant, the team continues to build strongly into the execution phase, with several key leadership appointments now in place, including Andrew Douglas as SMP Construction Manager, Steve Woods as Site Manager and Rick Doyle as Senior Project Manager. Phase one of the site facilities setup is now complete, allowing both the Monadelphous team and client representatives to move into the site offices. Additional site facilities will arrive in the coming weeks as phase two progresses. Engineering and procurement activities are progressing well, with key subcontracts awarded and the first wave of gas turbine generator components successfully received and safely unloaded on site. At Pluto Train 1, the team continues to put in a tremendous effort as they work towards several critical milestones. With strong support from our recruitment team to source and mobilise the skilled workforce required, the project remains focused on delivering a successful outcome for the client. I'd also like to congratulate the Pluto Train 1 team on their success at the recent EC Innovation Awards, which were presented at the EC Leadership Conference. The team received the runner-up award for their Large Bore Pipe Trolley Installation System, an innovative solution that improved the safe and efficient installation of heavy piping in a constrained area of the plant. They also received a special commendation in recognition of the strong culture of innovation they've built on site, submitting an impressive 17 innovation ideas, trials and implemented solutions throughout the project. Adding to an already outstanding year, the team was also named the winner of the 2025-2026 Managing Director's Safety Innovation Award. This prestigious award recognises initiatives that improve safety performance across our business, and the Pluto Train 1 team's achievement is a testament to their commitment to challenging conventional approaches, reducing risk and finding safer, smarter ways of working. Congratulations to everyone involved on this well-deserved recognition. Over at Brockman Syncline 1, the project is tracking well as we approach 60% completion. A significant milestone was recently achieved with the final break bulk shipment arriving at Port Hedland, bringing an end to the shipping constraints that have caused plenty of frustration for the team over recent months. Combined with the completion and handover of key civil and concrete works by Melchor, this has opened the door for a strong push across the SMPE&I scope in support of the client's accelerated first ore schedule. Across site, low-level module and truss installation along the overland conveyor is nearing completion, with electrical works progressing well. The ROM bin is now being installed at the primary crusher, while the surge bin facility continues to take shape with structural steel and truss installation advancing steadily. What continues to stand out on this project is the resilience and teamwork shown by everyone involved, and that will be critical as the team pushes towards first ore.
