Happy New Year, and welcome to our first edition of Around the Sites for 2026. It’s a great time to reset, refocus and look ahead, and I’m pleased to say we’ve already made a strong start to the year.

We started the year with some terrific news - we have been awarded the Car Dumper 4 replacement project. This follows directly from the successful delivery of the CD3 Renewal project, one of the most complex and high‑impact shutdowns we’ve ever taken on. I want to acknowledge the outstanding work from Brent Jones, Zoran Protich and the entire crew for delivering CD3 safely, ahead of schedule and without incident. Their leadership, teamwork and planning set the benchmark for what excellence looks like on projects of this scale.

With CD3 now wrapped up, Brent has handed the baton to Zak Campbell, who will lead CD4 as Project Manager. Zak has stepped into the role confidently, supported by a strong team and a clear focus on carrying forward the high standards set on CD3. The 1600‑tonne Rubino crane has already been moved across, installation and E&I works on the new substation are complete following the civil works carried out by Melchor, and the site team will soon move into their new purpose‑built office facilities as the project continues to build pace.

We also saw the official close-out of Orebody 32, marking a major achievement for everyone involved. Well done to Alex Ford, Mark Wheldon and the whole team for navigating a challenging project all the way through to completion.

Many of us also celebrated Lunar New Year and the Year of the Horse, and I was fortunate to spend time with our teams in China and Vietnam. It was a great chance to strengthen relationships and see first-hand the work underway across our global operations.

Our Inteforge team has continued to perform strongly, closing out the first half of the financial year well ahead of target, with close to 1,200 tradespeople supporting our scopes across China and Vietnam. Managing such a large, multi-region workforce brings complexity, but the steady progress across our projects shows just how capable and committed the team is as we head into a busy year.

The latest shipment for Eneabba has left Vietnam with more than 1,100 tonnes of steelwork, taking us close to the halfway mark. In China, the Pluto 1 cable trench beams are ready for departure along with the first shipments for BHP TLO and Rio Tinto BS1 projects, and continuing shipments for CLAHDO.

We also hit an important milestone with Origin Energy, with our new Valve Assembly and Leak Testing Laboratory now fully operational and formally approved. This gives us the ability to complete this scope in-house for the first time, strengthening our technical capability and giving our customers greater certainty around quality and turnaround.

I’d like to give a shout‑out to Andreas Albers for presenting at our December EC Town Hall on the Origin Energy APLNG Wellsite Equipment contract. Inteforge has been the sole supplier of wellsite equipment to Origin since 2015, and it was great to see Andreas highlight the scale of that long‑term relationship and the capability behind it.

Among all this activity, it’s important to recognise the moments that speak directly to our culture. Our recent Tinny Time awards highlighted several great examples across the business, including recognition for Colm Corcoran and Sean Byrne at BHP Eastern Ridge. Their quick thinking, care, and willingness to look out for others are exactly the behaviours that keep our people safe and our culture strong.

Finally, our updated Code of Conduct has now been released. It sets clear expectations for how we work together and uphold our values, and I encourage everyone to take the time to read it and reflect on what it means for you and your team.

Thanks again for the way you’ve started 2026. The teamwork, professionalism and pride you bring to the job each day continue to set us apart. I’m looking forward to what we can achieve in the months ahead.

Until next time,

Russell
