It's been another busy few months across the business, with some significant milestones achieved and plenty of great work happening across our projects, operations and teams. A real highlight for me was seeing **Inteforge** awarded the EC Teamwork Baton Award recently. It's a well-deserved achievement and a reflection of an outstanding year of performance across safety, quality, delivery and financial outcomes. Beyond the strong results they've delivered, what stands out most is the way they continue to work together to support other parts of the business and build strong relationships with our customers, partners and fabrication yards across China and Vietnam. From major project deliveries and the successful completion of the TLO SMART Module, to achieving AS/NZS 5131 certification, the team has set a high standard. Congratulations to everyone involved on a fantastic result. Across our projects, there has been plenty of progress since our last update. Following the award of the PDP2 Project, mobilisation has commenced, the team is established on site, and preparations are well underway for the first shutdown activities. There has been a significant amount of work happening behind the scenes to progress planning and project deliverables, and it's exciting to see the project start to take shape as we move into the site phase. In Port Hedland, the CD4 team have just achieved a major milestone, successfully completing the major shutdown works in October ahead of schedule and incident free. The crew lifted and installed a new 452-tonne car dumper into place to deliver a major upgrade to one of the port’s most important pieces of infrastructure. Following its operational debut at CD3 last year, our 1,600-tonne Rubino was at the ready to deliver the power and scale required for this task. Congratulations to the entire team on a safe and successful outcome. Work on the TLO Project at Jimblebar continues to track strongly, with the recent shipment of the SMART Module another significant milestone. Fabrication and completion of the module demonstrated the strength of our combined capability and what can be achieved when teams across Perth, China and site work together towards a common goal. This project continues to showcase the benefit of vertical integration with the teams from Melchor, Inteforge, Heavy lift, and Monadelphous EC working onsite. There are also plenty of reasons to be proud of what's happening across Inteforge. Alongside the SMART Module achievement, the team recently completed the final shipment for the Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery pipe rack package from Vietnam, marking the completion of a significant scope of work. It's another great example of the expertise, collaboration and commitment that continues to underpin our delivery model. Looking more broadly across the business, it’s pleasing to see that our revenue for the year ahead is largely secured. This is a result of strong tendering activity and the efforts of our teams to lock in a number of long-term opportunities. It was a fitting tribute to the hard work of the **EC Projects Pre-contracts Team** when they were recognised with our very first EC EGM Commendation at the recent EC Leadership Conference. Their recognition reflects the strong collaboration across EC, Melchor, Heavy Lift and Inteforge as we continue to pursue new opportunities and build a healthy pipeline of work for the future. It’s always humbling to see our teams continuing to make a positive contribution in the communities where we live and work. Recently, Inteforge partnered with the Downunder Charity Fund to provide hospital beds to Angel House Hospital in Vietnam, helping improve care and comfort for children and residents receiving treatment. A special thank you to **Alan Shirra, Anh Nguyen** and everyone involved in bringing this initiative to life. It's a great example of the impact we can make when we come together to support those around us. I'd also like to congratulate **Zac Buckingham**, one of our graduate engineers, who recently completed the Bunker Bay 300 ride in support of youth mental health and suicide prevention. Taking on a challenge of that scale requires commitment and determination, and we're proud to have supported him in raising awareness for such an important cause. As always, safety remains our priority. Please continue to look out for one another, support your teammates and focus on doing the job the right way. I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved together and the impact our teams continue to make for our customers.
