Farewell from Paul Fishlock
I want to take moment to say thank you for the incredible journey we've had together over the past 18 years. Working with all of you has been a privilege, and I'm grateful for the trust and support you've shown me every step of the way. What we have been able to achieve together is remarkable and it is not lost on me that the hard work from all the team is what has been the key element to our success.
From my first project at Ravensthorpe Sulphuric Acid Plant to today it has been an unbelievable experience working with such great people.
As I move on to the next chapter of my life, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for your invaluable contributions to Monadelphous. Your passion, professionalism, and unwavering dedication have truly made our organisation what it is today.
I have every confidence that under the leadership of Brett and the management team, Monadelphous will continue to thrive and succeed in the years ahead.
Thank you once again for the privilege of working alongside you all. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavours.
Stay focused, stay safe and look after your mates,
Paul Fishlock

Welcome back to this edition of Around the Sites.
It has been a busy period across our sites, with significant progress and achievements to report.
Kathleen Valley is at peak resources while maintaining a strong safety record. Positive field progress sees most facilities substantially complete, with punch listing works now underway. Client compliments affirm our commitment to delivering high quality work.
CGP3 has seen a promising start to the year in terms of safety performance, with innovative safety measures such as the Stringer Strangler being implemented. Work on the Dry plant is progressing well, with access to the Wet Plant expected in the coming weeks.
Over at the TUL project in Port Headland's Anderson Point, we're entering the second phase of construction for the new sample station. Additionally, Fortescue has identified additional shutdown scopes, necessitating some growth in our crew to accommodate these new tasks.
The Car Dumper 3 (CD3) team continues to adapt and excel, despite changes in scope and location. Their commitment to safety and delivery remains unwavering as they tackle various projects.
Christmas Creek is now operating at peak capacity, with the team fully immersed in the Construction Verification stage and transitioning into Stages 2 and 3 commissioning. The project's progress has been commendable, with the client recognising the high quality of our work.
The team continue to make good progress at Mt Weld. The past 6 weeks has been difficult with the inclement weather disrupting our progress. We continue to produce a high-quality product and our relationship with the client remains strong.
We have continued to make good progress at Kemerton with the reduced numbers on site. We have now integrated some scope of works from Pyromet into the Reagents package and have a better sight of what we require in 2024 this will be focused on train 3 only with critical activities now been incorporated into our schedule. We will continue to mobilise resources throughout April and possibly into May to support these works. With the Hydromet package now under discussion we see these discussions progressing slowly and as we understand the impact of this, we will inform you when we have more detail of any impact this may have on our scope of works.
In other news, our tendering activity remains high as we actively pursue new opportunities and contracts. The dedication and expertise of our tendering teams continue to drive our success in securing projects that align with our strategic goals.
Additionally, we're pleased to welcome the 2024 intake of Engineering Construction apprentices to Monadelphous. The apprentices will contribute their skills and talents across various sites, including Kathleen Valley, Mt Weld, Christmas Creek, CD3, TUL, CGP3, and Kemerton.
As always, safety remains our top priority, and we're committed to fostering a culture where The Safe Way is The Only Way, ensuring a secure and productive work environment for everyone.
Thank you for your dedication and hard work.
Paul and Brett.
