We have worked with Inteforge on some of our biggest projects. In fact, they have provided us with large-scale fabrication solutions for over 15 years. In anticipation for an influx of work this financial year, our General Manager, Brett Waters, and Executive General Manager, Adam Cook, travelled to China and Vietnam to get a better insight into Inteforge’s operations.
We caught up with Brett Waters on his return to hear about how the trip went and learn about how Inteforge will support us on a variety of upcoming opportunities.
“We were hosted by the Inteforge team, led by General Manager, Glenn Bailey, and Senior Fabrication Manager, Alan Shirra,” he said
“We spent our time touring workshops in both China and Vietnam, as well as meeting with suppliers and Inteforge’s workshop owners.”
“For me, it was really good to gain a better understanding of the capacity and capability of each of the workshops. I’ve worked with the Inteforge team on several projects over the years. Even though I’ve worked closely with the team previously, I’ve never visited in person, so there were lots of takeaways from this trip."
“This trip has given me a different perspective on how we can better consider fabrication as part of our construction planning process, and how we can work with Inteforge to get the best outcome for our customer, collectively,” he finished.
