Andreas is a Project Manager at Inteforge, responsible for the delivery of major fabrication and modular scopes across China, Vietnam and Australia.
His career began in 2005 as an electrical apprentice, laying the foundations for what would become a dynamic path into technical leadership.
“My career started as an electrical apprentice, but I quickly realised I wanted to push beyond standard electrical work,” Andreas said.
“That led me into instrumentation and control systems, which opened the door to more technical and high-impact areas of the industry.”
After gaining experience in instrumentation, commissioning, hazardous areas and supervision, he transitioned into project delivery, leveraging his technical and leadership capabilities to manage complex scopes across borders and disciplines.
“This journey has shaped how I approach delivery. Every project and region present unique challenges, and I’ve learned the value of adaptability, clear communication, and building strong alignment between teams and stakeholders,” Andreas said.
Andreas joined Monadelphous in 2013 as an E&I Technician and quickly progressed into the role of Electrical Commissioning Supervisor. In 2014, he stepped into the position of E&I Project Supervisor, where he was one of the supervisors leading the electrical and instrumentation scope on a large-scale ship loader. The ship loader was fabricated in Malaysia and transported to Queensland, where it was installed and commissioned.
In 2015, Andreas joined Inteforge (then known as SinoStruct) as an E&I Supervisor. By 2017, he had progressed to E&I Superintendent, leading scopes across key fabrication hubs in China and Australia. As his responsibilities expanded, he transitioned into his current role as Project Manager, overseeing full-project delivery across multiple disciplines and regions.
“At Inteforge, I lead the delivery of Origin Energy’s integrated wellsite program, a long-standing client engagement that has grown in scale and activity in recent years,” Andreas said.
“It’s a collaborative effort across teams and regions, and one I’ve been proud to help drive forward. With almost 10 years of delivery behind us, the focus now is on expanding capability and ensuring consistent, responsive outcomes.
“What I find most fulfilling is seeing a project come to life, solving problems, overcoming obstacles, and delivering outcomes that matter. The role is fast-paced and full of challenges: tight schedules, shifting scopes, and coordinating moving parts across regions. That complexity keeps me sharp and makes the results all the more rewarding.”
Away from work, Andreas enjoys an active, hands-on lifestyle and thrives on practical challenges and time outdoors.
“This industry rewards those who show up with the right mindset. If you’re adaptable, curious, and willing to take ownership, there’s no limit to what you can build,” Andreas said.
Looking ahead, Andreas remains focused on delivering critical scopes for Origin Energy and continuing to grow his leadership capability as the industry evolves.
