These sessions, held both in person and online, offered students a glimpse into the exciting possibilities of STEM careers.  Aligned with our Gender Diversity and Inclusion Plan, Monadelphous is committed to fostering female participation in industries where we work, helping to build a more balanced workforce for the future. Programs like Bright Futures provide valuable opportunities for our people to connect with students and help pave the way for a stronger, more inclusive industry.  For more on our Gender Diversity and Inclusion Plan, [click here.](https://www.monadelphous.com.au/media/5863723/monadelphous-gender-diversity-and-inclusion-plan-2021-2024-external.pdf)  ![EC News december9](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/EC%20News%20december9.jpg?width=600&height=338&name=EC%20News%20december9.jpg)   ## Leave a comment Previous Post EC Presenting Yourself Powerfully Next Post Tinny Time – 2024 Wrap Up ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/513_EC_M%26IS_Russell%20McBain_V1.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/a-message-from-russell-1) [Leadership Updates](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/tag/leadership-updates) 3 Min Read ### [A message from Russell](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/a-message-from-russell-1) As we close out the year, I want to take a moment to look back at what we’ve achieved together and share a ...
