Collaboration and teamwork are essential at Monos’, so it is excellent to see Inteforge’s efforts recognised in the recent M&IS Teamwork Baton for their work with iPipe Services.
The 58th M&IS Teamwork Baton was awarded to iPipe for their exceptional delivery of work since 2020, which couldn’t have been done without their hugely successful partnership with Inteforge.
Since its inception at the M&IS Business Conference in mid-2018, the baton has become a symbol of how we can be more successful as a collective than individuals – highlighting the power of teamwork.
And that’s just what the partnership between iPipe and Inteforge is all about. It began in 2020, set against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a shared commitment to their customers.
Due to heavy travel restrictions, personnel were unable to travel and carry out critical pre-commissioning activities on the wellsite skids. But this was mitigated by the joining of iPipe and Inteforge forces, providing local teams in the Surat Basin to complete skid builds.
In addition to the logistical challenges brought on by the pandemic, both teams navigated the skilled labour shortage to deliver a first-class product for their shared customer.
The partnership has seen the successful delivery of 459 skids to date – comprising a combination of new builds as well as repurpose and refurbishments. The most impressive part was that it was achieved without incident or injury across the duration of the project, which continues to go from strength to strength.
It’s inspiring to see what can be accomplished when two teams come together with a shared vision, commitment, and dedication to customer delivery.
Congratulations to the iPipe and Inteforge teams for a great example of cross-divisional teamwork.
