This milestone reflects not only the team’s growing global capability, but also the strength of the Monadelphous integrated project delivery model.  Working alongside Monadelphous, Melchor and Heavy Lift, Inteforge took the lead on a fast-paced, eight-month program that involved detailing, fabrication, pre-assembly, procurement support, and site delivery of around 850 tonnes of steelwork. The team also produced pipe spooling isometrics to assist with installation on site.  The schedule was tight, with just 32 weeks from start to finish. The first ten weeks were spent developing the detailed model and 2D drawings, followed by 16 weeks of fabrication. The final eight weeks focused on shipping and trucking, with components progressively delivered to site via 17 container loads and two break bulk shipments through Port Adelaide. From there, 85 trailers transported the materials 800 kilometres to site.  This was the first EC project fabricated at QH-Plus in Vietnam, and it was delivered on time, under budget, and with no incidents. Packing quality was excellent, and there was no coating damage, a testament to the team’s attention to detail and commitment to high standards.  The project brought together a global team demonstrating collaboration across both countries and business units. Detailing was supported by team members in India and Vietnam, while engineering and project management were co-ordinated from the Perth office. Procurement, engineering and cost control were handled by the China office, and fabrication was completed in Vietnam.  At our recent EC Town Hall, Project Manager Phil Brunger highlighted not just the technical success, but the collaborative spirit that made this possible. He described the Inteforge project team as “very fortunate to have had such strong support across fabrication quality, packing, and logistics.” The result? A commercial win, with significant savings delivered and a clear demonstration of what’s possible when we work together across borders.  This achievement sets a new benchmark for future offshore delivery and reinforces Inteforge’s growing role in Monadelphous’ global capability.   - ![EC\_Newsletter\_Sept25\_Blog](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/EC_Newsletter_Sept25_Blog.jpg?width=560&height=260&name=EC_Newsletter_Sept25_Blog.jpg) - ![EC\_Blog\_Sept2519](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/EC_Blog_Sept2519.jpg?width=600&height=338&name=EC_Blog_Sept2519.jpg)     ## Leave a comment Previous Post Strengthening our team Next Post CD3 renewal: big lift, big win ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/ECNews_Jul25_blogs4.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/from-the-field-to-project-manager) [People](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/tag/people) 2 Min Read ### [From the field to project manager](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/from-the-field-to-project-manager) Andreas is a Project Manager at Inteforge, responsible for the delivery of major fabrication and modular ...
