Inteforge has recently marked another significant achievement at the Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery Project, successfully delivering its second major shipment. The delivery included the first fully assembled pipe rack trusses – a key milestone in the ongoing expansion effort.

The shipment, weighing approximately 1,000 tonnes, comprised six fully assembled pipe rack trusses, all associated trestles, two additional stick-built truss sections, and related spooling. This follows the first shipment, which also totalled around 1,000 tonnes and included structural steel and one of the main process plant buildings.

“This is a great achievement for the team,” Inteforge Operations Manager, Martin Cauble said.

“Delivering in thousand-tonne blocks is no small feat and reflects the scale and complexity of what we’re building at Eneabba,” Martin said.

While the milestone is cause for celebration, the team remains focused on the road ahead. The next major objectives include completing the remaining structural steel for the process plant and finalising all Piperack 1 deliveries by December. This will include a total of 17 pipe rack trusses and six stick-built trusses.

Fabrication for Piperack 2 has also commenced in the workshop, with delivery targeted for December.

“With momentum building and efficiencies now bedded down, we’re in a strong position to push through the remaining pipe racks and respond to the customer’s evolving priorities.”

“A huge thank you to everyone involved. Your dedication and hard work continue to drive this project forward.”

The Eneabba project remains a testament to Inteforge’s capability in delivering large-scale, high-precision fabrication and logistics solutions, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner in major infrastructure development.
