Keeping the team connected at CD4

Written by Communications | 20 May 2026

A big congratulations to David O’Brien from the CD4 Project, our EC divisional Tinny Time winner for March!

Dave has been recognised for Helping Out, thanks to the way he consistently keeps people informed and involved across site. He makes the effort to provide regular updates, check in with work areas throughout the shift, and ensure the team has the right equipment to get the job done safely and efficiently.

By including everyone, offering feedback, and maintaining a positive attitude, Dave helps create a workplace where people feel valued and enjoy coming to work. It’s a great example of everyday leadership and teamwork in action, which is exactly what Tinny Time is all about.

Well done Dave - thank you for setting the standard and supporting those around you.

Every day, Tinny Time moments happen that align with our four pillars: Helping Out, Checking In, Speaking Up, and Owning It.

If you see someone living these values, recognise them by letting your supervisor know during shift debrief or refocus sessions.
