A big congratulations to Kelvin Starling from Brockman Syncline 1, our EC divisional Tinny Time winner for February!
Kel has been recognised for Helping Out, after taking the time to mentor a new rigger on site. He stepped in to guide him through correct rigging techniques and expected standards, right down to demonstrating the proper way to double wrap slings on a load.
By sharing his knowledge and supporting someone less experienced, Kel has helped strengthen the team’s culture and build capability across site. It’s the kind of everyday leadership that makes a real difference, which is exactly what Tinny Time is all about.
Well done Kel and thank you for showing what supporting your workmates truly looks like.
Every day, Tinny Time moments happen that align with our four pillars: Helping Out, Checking In, Speaking Up, and Owning It. If you see someone living these values, recognise them by letting your supervisor know during shift debrief or refocus sessions.
Have a great Tinny Time story to share?
