A couple of years into her role, she was paired with a mentor in project management to support her transition into senior project engineering and management.   Now, she’s paying it forward by mentoring junior engineers, a responsibility she deeply values.   “I love that the company focuses on ensuring everyone has the support they need and can provide it when needed,” she said.  Sally’s passion for the industry stems from her appreciation of the infrastructure shaping Australia.   She also highlights the incredible work-life balance that comes with her role.   “Getting a week off every three weeks is amazing. It’s the perfect balance—I get to explore parts of the country I’ve never seen before and enjoy some much-needed downtime,” she explained.    ## Leave a comment Previous Post Tinny Time – 2024 Wrap Up Next Post New Inteforge Vietnam office opens global possibilities ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/ThePipeline_Blog_July25.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/sore-arms-but-full-hearts-1) [HSE](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/tag/hse) 1 Min Read ### [Sore arms but full hearts](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/sore-arms-but-full-hearts-1) Arms were shaking, legs were burning, but determination was sky-high.
