During the day, the team helped clean and restore sporting footwear and equipment destined for communities in need. From running shoes and footy boots to a range of sporting gear, everyone rolled up their sleeves to ensure each item was refreshed, ready for use and given a second life. The hands-on experience highlighted how a few hours of volunteering can go a long way, helping remove barriers to participation in sport and supporting stronger, healthier communities. Jancey, one of the volunteers, said the day was a great opportunity to make a tangible difference in the community. “It was a great experience to get out of the office to do something so meaningful,” Jancey said. “I’m grateful to Fair Game for the opportunity, as just a few hours of our time can help make sport more accessible for communities that need it.” Supporting organisations like Fair Game is one of the many ways we demonstrate our commitment to the communities in which we live and work, helping create positive and lasting impact. ![Supporting communities through sport with Fair Game](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Supporting%20communities%20through%20sport%20with%20Fair%20Game.png?width=600&height=338&name=Supporting%20communities%20through%20sport%20with%20Fair%20Game.png)   ## Leave a comment Previous Post Building more than a shed in Karratha Next Post Working together, delivering results ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Building%20more%20than%20a%20shed%20in%20Karratha-1.png)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/building-more-than-a-shed-in-karratha) [Community](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/tag/community) 2 Min Read ### [Building more than a shed in Karratha](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/around-the-sites/building-more-than-a-shed-in-karratha) For many people, a sense of connection starts with having a place to belong.
