Thank you to everyone in our Eastern Region business for your hard work over the year which has contributed to these strong financial results as well as to maintaining our solid reputation for delivering consistently. You can read more about our full year results inside this newsletter.   Across the business we also marked R U OK? Day yesterday, with this year’s theme about checking in on your mates and having meaningful conversations with them. It is a good reminder about the importance of mental health and wellbeing and that simply listening and giving someone your time might be exactly what they need. If you need someone to talk to, remember too that all Monadelphous employees and their immediate families can access our employee assistance program (EAP).  On Thursday 25 August you would have received a link to complete the 2022 Monadelphous Employee Survey. The completely anonymous survey is an opportunity to have your say and share your individual perspective and feedback on what it is like to work for Monadelphous.  It is open until Sunday 11 September and is about continuous improvement so I encourage you to take the time to complete this as soon as possible – if you have not already done so.
