Cheers to 10 years

When Trades Assistant James joined us 10 years ago, he had no idea what he had signed up for. Day one was spent helping boilermakers and fitters and discovering how hard it was to remove blackjack. It was a whole new world for James, who found himself mesmerised by the sheer size of a dragline as he walked onto it. 

Monadelphous was an opportunity for a career change and James hasn't looked back. James enjoys working on large machines like draglines and shovels in the valleys and loves the sheer power and size of the machinery.  

James has stayed with Monadelphous because of the people – he's formed great relationships over the years and always feels welcomed by the people he works with.  

When James isn’t at work, he loves fishing and anything outdoors. Congratulations on 10 years James, and we look forward to seeing what you do next!
