Business Brief
Al Reid - Executive General Manager M&IS

I am pleased to announce that I awarded the 58th M&IS Teamwork Baton to the iPipe Services (iPipe) Team for their exceptional delivery of services and collaboration with our friends at Inteforge.

Set amongst the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, iPipe and Inteforge began their partnership in 2020 with a mutual commitment to continuing to service their customers. Due to heavy travel restrictions, personnel were unable to travel to carry out critical pre-commissioning activities on the wellsite skids. This was mitigated by iPipe and Inteforge joining forces and providing local teams in the Surat Basin to complete skid builds.

In addition to the logistical challenges brought on by the pandemic, both teams navigated the skilled labour shortage post-pandemic to continue to deliver a first-class product for their shared customer.

iPipe and Inteforge have forged a successful partnership, in challenging conditions, working together to elevate project execution and deliver critical projects to the highest Australian standards for a long-term energy customer.

The partnership has seen successful delivery of 459 skids to date - comprised of a combination of new builds as well as repurpose and refurbishments. All of this was achieved without incident or injury across the duration of this project, which continues to go from strength to strength.

It’s inspiring to see what can be accomplished when two teams come together with a shared vision, commitment, and dedication to customer delivery.

Congratulations to the iPipe Team, deserving winners of the first M&IS Teamwork Baton for 2025 for a great example of cross-divisional teamwork.
