Welcome back to the new year – I hope everyone enjoyed their break and has come back feeling refreshed.

I’m excited to share that our division is launching its very own podcast. Rather than giving you more emails to read, we are exploring this fresh format and relaxed style for some of our divisional updates – a format that you can listen to anytime, anywhere.

In this first episode, hear from our outgoing and incoming Energy GMs as Doug Macintyre hands over the reins officially today to John O’Brien.

The M&IS podcast will give us more opportunities to learn from each other, with plans to feature a range of guests from across the division. It is another way for us to connect and find out what’s happening across our sites and businesses.

Moving forward, the episodes will be brief and designed to give you updates that you can listen to at your desk or on the go, including:

• Getting to know your GM Team and other teammates
• Having your questions answered
• Sharing knowledge and lessons learnt
• Learning more about division and Group-wide initiatives

You probably noticed we don't have a name yet – this is where we need your help! There is a prize up for grabs, so please submit your name suggestions here. You can also share your ideas for upcoming episodes, guests you want to hear from, and any burning questions you want answered.
