Safety and wellbeing should be integrated into the organisation’s core values, influencing operations, leadership decisions and employee engagement.   ![InTheLoop\_Blog\_25Sept10](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/InTheLoop_Blog_25Sept10.jpg?width=600&height=338&name=InTheLoop_Blog_25Sept10.jpg) - **The Beale Culture Award**  Awarded to an organisation must demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace culture that supports employee development and well-being.
