We’re excited to welcome our 2026 Winter Interns, who began their Monadelphous journey with a full day of inductions in June. Delivered as part of our broader Early Careers programs, this five-week internship runs over the university semester break and provides students with a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience.
All our Interns are in their final or penultimate year of studying Engineering and have now mobilised to site, where they will contribute to key projects and contracts across our operating divisions, and learn about life on site and what a Project Engineer does at Monadelphous.
During induction, the group heard from senior leaders and current Graduates, gaining insight into our operations, culture, and future career pathways. Outside the Perth office, they had a chance to connect with their fellow interns and join a team-building activity.
This internship forms part of our Vacation Programs, one of two annual student opportunities offered during university breaks. These programs are designed to immerse students in a real working environment, applying their knowledge in a practical setting in a full-time role.
