As we head towards the end of another busy year, I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved together.  Heavy Lift has continued to grow, with new crane acquisitions expanding our fleet and increasing demand across our services providing more opportunities to support projects right across the Monadelphous business. It's a great reflection of the capability we've built and the reputation our people continue to earn every day. That growth doesn't happen without support from across the wider business. I'd like to thank our Commercial, Maintenance, Planning and Mobilisation and all our support teams, along with everyone who works behind the scenes to help keep our operations moving. The success we're seeing is a genuine team effort, and every part of the business plays an important role. We continue to be active supporters of the Crane Industry Council of Australia. It was great to see Paige Griffiths, Nick Marchesani and Jon Mallory representing Heavy Lift at this year's CICA Conference in the Hunter Valley, connecting with peers and sharing insights from across our industry. Our people were also well represented at the recent EC Leadership Conference. This year's theme, *Strong Culture. Adaptive Leaders.*, reinforced the importance of creating an environment where our people can thrive while continuing to adapt to new challenges and opportunities. During the conference we celebrated some outstanding individuals across the division, and I was particularly pleased to see Matt Sprague recognised as one of this year's HSE Award winners. Care sits at the heart of everything we do, and Matt's recognition reflects the way he consistently goes above and beyond to support others. Always approachable, positive and willing to help, Matt embodies the collaborative culture we're striving to build across our business. Congratulations Matt. Across our projects, the team continues to deliver outstanding results. Our impressive 1600-tonne Rubino crane has now successfully completed its second car dumper cell replacement since joining the fleet, with the latest changeout delivered during the major shutdown at CD4 on Finucane Island. It's another significant milestone that highlights both the capability of our fleet and the expertise of our people. The Alevro team also have plenty to celebrate. The successful delivery of the final major module for the Pluto Train 1 Mods Project marked the completion of a critical project phase and one of Australia's most complex heavy transport scopes. Safely delivering all three major modules is an exceptional achievement and a testament to the planning, precision and teamwork of everyone involved. The Ceres Project Team are also getting very close to the end of their scope, a massive achievement. At the same time, Alevro recently celebrated its fifth anniversary. What began as a shared vision between Monadelphous and Fagioli has grown into a highly capable and respected operation, delivering innovative heavy lift and transport solutions across some of Australia's largest projects. Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to Alevro's success over the past five years. It's a milestone that reflects the collective effort of many people both past and present. From an HSE perspective, we've continued to see strong levels of activity across the business. I'd like to acknowledge and thank everyone for their commitment to looking out for one another and maintaining a strong focus on safety while delivering for our customers. As always, staying vigilant, speaking up and looking after your teammates remains critical to our continued success. Looking ahead, we're approaching an important milestone in our Dynamics 365 journey. During Q2 FY27, planning activities will begin transitioning into Dynamics as part of the first stage of implementation. This will provide better visibility, improved reporting and a stronger platform to support the way we work into the future. I encourage everyone to engage with the training and site roadshow sessions and support the teams involved as we make this transition. Thank you again for your commitment, teamwork and the pride you bring to your work every day. It's been a year of growth, achievement and opportunity, and I'm excited about what lies ahead for Heavy Lift. Stay safe and keep looking out for one another.
