Last month, our Perth office welcomed the Fagioli Group's new Global Chief Executive Officer Fernando Bertoni, a key partner in our joint venture business, Alevro.

The joint venture between Monadelphous and Fagioli, known as Alevro,  is transforming the delivery of complex heavy industrial projects. Leveraging Monadelphous' construction expertise and Fagioli's renowned experience in engineering global heavy-lifting projects, Alevro has set itself apart as a provider of turnkey heavy lifting and shift services.

Assuming the CEO role just over a month ago, Fernando's trip to Perth marks his first official visit outside his home country of Italy. The visit also signifies a change in senior management within Fagioli and underscores the commitment to strengthening the Alevro structure.

Monadelphous Executive General Manager Adam Cook was enthusiastic about Fagioli's visit as a sign of things to come.

"We felt the visit was progressive and aligned with our strategic growth agenda. We are committed to the Alevro partnership and look forward to leveraging our strengths to become a long-term market leader."

Fernando, in turn, commended the professionalism of the Alevro team.

"I was thrilled and humbled to meet such a professional team. Overall, I had an extremely productive trip in Perth, I honestly felt at home both professionally and personally with each and everyone of my JV partners at Monadelphous. We at Fagioli place a strategic importance to the Australian market, and trust Alevro will growth and develop accordingly,” Fernando said.

With a seamless transition anticipated under Fernando's leadership, both companies are committed to continuing their close collaboration to ensure Alevro's ongoing success.

The joint venture's focus remains on exceeding commitments in turnkey heavy lifting and shift services, backed by engineering expertise and an integrated team approach.

Alevro's commitment to innovation and problem-solving continues to drive its success in delivering complex projects. By collaborating and leveraging each partner's strengths, Alevro aims to remain an industry leader.
