Technology and Innovation Manager Jason Cippitelli says innovation is critical to how we continue to improve and deliver for our customers. “Great ideas lead to great innovations,” Jason said. “These awards shine a light on the ideas that have moved from concept to action and have grown into something bigger. They recognise the practical thinking happening across our teams and make it easier to share those innovations, so the whole division can benefit.” If you’ve delivered something smarter, safer or more efficient this year, let us know. One small idea can go a long way, and your innovation could be the spark that makes a big impact across the business. We can’t wait to see the innovations that are shaping how we work. ![898\_EC\_Innovation Header\_600x338px\_V1 for Blog](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/898_EC_Innovation%20Header_600x338px_V1%20for%20Blog.png?width=800&height=451&name=898_EC_Innovation%20Header_600x338px_V1%20for%20Blog.png)   ## Leave a comment Previous Post 20 years on and still going strong Next Post A message from Daniel ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/On%20the%20Hook%20November%20Images8.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-hook/and-the-winners-of-the-2024-ec-innovation-awards-are-) [People](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-hook/tag/people) [Innovation](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-hook/tag/innovation) 1 Min Read ### [And the winners of the 2024 EC Innovation Awards are … ](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-hook/and-the-winners-of-the-2024-ec-innovation-awards-are-) Winner: IVMS Franna Safety Override Function Alerts.  [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/21-22%20EC%20Innovation%20Award%20winners.png)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-hook/2021/22-ec-innovation-award-winners-0-0) [Innovation](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-hook/tag/innovation) 2 Min Read ### [2021/22 EC Innovation Award winners](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-hook/2021/22-ec-innovation-award-winners-0-0) When we launched the Engineering Construction (EC) Innovation Award last year, the focus was to raise ...
