The Heavy Lift team have been busy lately with a wealth of work and collaboration across the business and with our customers which has resulted in positive feedback flowing in.
The team have been working with long standing customers as well as business units from across Monadelphous delivering specialist heavy lift services to some of the most significant projects in the industry over the last 12 months, with cranes currently on sites around Western Australia.
“The team have conducted themselves really well and have gone above and beyond their roles, ultimately delivering a high-quality outcome for all of our customers,” said Tender and Project Services Manager Nick Marchesani.
“It’s really a testament to the team, they’re all hard working, and it shines through in what they’re delivering for our customers.
“It wouldn’t be possible without the efforts and dedication of our resource and planning team who regularly overcome challenges to coordinate our people and equipment to mobilise on site.
“They should be proud of the work they’re doing and know that our results and relationships are a reflection of them,” said Nick.
There’s been great feedback from our customers, particularly our M&IS team on-site at Tom Price.
“We currently have a 100T crane on site at Tom Price with more cranes and equipment due on site later this year to help out the maintenance team with the construction of a new conveyor at Tom Price.”
“The team have been doing an excellent job at Tom Price and it’s certainly been recognised, with Project Manager Daniel Hawke thanking the team for their work,” said Nick.
The feedback hasn’t stopped there with our customers rewarding the team by engaging them in expanded scopes.
“We recently had a scope expansion with NMT in the Pilbara region and it’s been great to see the team come together to pull it off.”
“The customer is thrilled with the quality of work being delivered and we’re proud of the team for displaying great teamwork on site,” said Nick.
Another customer at Iron Bridge was impressed by the way the team worked together to move and relocate cranes in a timely and safe manner.
“We provided the cranes and crane operators and the customer commented how impressed they were by the team frequently showing teamwork on site and helping each other out.
“It’s fantastic to hear the positive feedback from customers and it shows our customers are noticing the extra work the team puts in while delivering our services on site,” said Nick.
