As part of our commitment to continuing to take proactive steps towards creating a safe and inclusive workplace, we have developed Respect@Monadelphous, our respectful behaviours framework. The framework is about embedding respectful behaviours into our everyday activities and brings together a Group-wide approach to making sure our workplaces are safe, respectful and inclusive.
Every one of us has an important role to play in addressing behaviours which do not align with the Monadelphous Values and Code of Conduct. If you see or experience unacceptable behaviours in our workplaces, it’s important to speak up and to know these matters will be taken seriously, and will be treated confidentially and sensitively.
