This 12-month program, which commenced in July with an inaugural cohort of three trainees, sets a new benchmark rigging excellence – offering hands-on experience, mentoring and the Certificate III in Rigging, a nationally accredited qualification, which we believe will become the new gold standard for rigging in Australia. This traineeship provides a clear, supported pathway into the rigging industry and reflects our ongoing commitment to building high-performing teams, investing in our people, and consistently delivering excellence for our customers. This structured program has been developed with subject matter experts from across Monadelphous to develop the competencies required, drawing on in-field experience and offsite training. The program is agile and adaptable to different participants to recognise prior experience and learning, as well as supporting participants from diverse backgrounds. Participants will be supported throughout their journey by experienced teams on site and in the office in creating an environment that fosters camaraderie, confidence, and long-term career development. After completing the program, trainees will gain a nationally recognised qualification and be able to explore full-time rigging roles within our business.
