Work is planned to commence in January 2025, with the main package set to begin in February and conclude in August.   - Alpha High Purity Alumina (HPA) Commercial Plant construction: Collaborative efforts with the design team are paving the way for the construction of Alpha HPA's commercial plant. Underground electrical services are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2025, with the main plant construction starting in the fourth quarter of 2025.  - Weipa: Working with the Maintenance & Industrial Services team, we have mobilised for the construction of a new Waste Water Treatment Plant in Weipa, which began in November and is expected to conclude early 2025.  As we move forward, the Gladstone team remains focused on maintaining their high standards, with an exciting pipeline of work ahead.   We look forward to sharing more milestones as our Gladstone operations continue to grow.  ![EC News december7](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/EC%20News%20december7.jpg?width=600&height=338&name=EC%20News%20december7.jpg)   ## Leave a comment Previous Post Tinny Time – 2024 Wrap Up Next Post Melchor transition team awarded Teamwork Baton ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Gladstone%20team%20score%20100%25%20in%20safety.png)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-wire/gladstone-team-score-100-in-safety) [Projects](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-wire/tag/projects) [HSE](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-wire/tag/hse) [QLD](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-wire/tag/qld) 1 Min Read ### [Gladstone team score 100% in safety!](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/on-the-wire/gladstone-team-score-100-in-safety) With safety at the core of everything we do here at Monadelphous, it’s great to see areas achieve 100% on ...
