Our 50-year celebrations have continued, with our team at Kemerton marking the occasion with a barbecue.
The team came together to celebrate the organisational strength and culture of Monadelphous and fittingly 300 days injury free on the project which is truly representative of our motto the Safe Way is the Only Way.
Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Construction Manager Zeljko Rezic said it was a great way to mark the occasion.
“The project was nearing completion and the team had been working hard, so it was a nice way to acknowledge their service and the success of the project whilst celebrating the history of Monadelphous,” said Zeljko.
“During the barbecue we discussed what makes Monadelphous a great place to work and tied that in with our push to further promote gender diversity and inclusion which has ensured the success of the Kemerton project.
“It was a mix of celebrating our history and promoting our future as a business in encouraging and celebrating diversity.
“The barbecue also represented different culinary backgrounds and the diversity of the team. It’s what made the project a success and I’m proud of the work we achieved,” said Zeljko.
