Congratulations to our recent award recipients on the Jansz-Io Compression Project!

We are extremely proud to acknowledge four of our Monadelphous employees whose exceptional efforts have made a significant contribution to the safe and successful delivery of their work scopes.

Two members of our Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) crew received Gold Coin Awards - the highest recognition on the JIC Project - while another two team members were presented with Safety and Quality Leadership Awards. These customer-led awards recognise individuals who lead by example and are driven by our values to uphold a strong and proactive safety culture.

“This recognition by our client highlights the importance of individual accountability and the positive safety culture we aim to foster across the project,” BWI AGI Project Manager, Ian Turner, said.

Dominic Lomax received a Gold Coin Award for the exceptional communication benchmark he established in relation to operational controls. His communication, thorough planning, and doublechecking ensured everyone was aligned at every stage, enabling complex activities to be completed with zero incidents, minimal operational disruption, and a consistently high standard of quality.

Adam Black was recognised for his professional integrity, structured delivery and advice he has been providing from the project inception. His strong work ethic, commitment to process, and attention to detail have strengthened completions, reduced rework, and enhanced project performance - making him a deserving recipient of a Gold Coin Award.

Ryan Ballantine’s commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration has delivered tangible improvements, making him a strong role model and a deserving recipient of JIC Safety & Quality Leadership recognition. His commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration has delivered tangible improvements across the project, making him a strong role model and a deserving recipient of JIC Safety and Quality Leadership recognition. His collaborative leadership and coaching approach has strengthened Control of Work (CoW) discipline by helping crews and supervisors understand not only what is required, but why it matters.

Ben Chan was recognised for his disciplined application of CoW processes and his strong collaboration with both the Permit Office and field teams. His forward planning, clear communication, and methodical preparation were instrumental in delivering several large Authorisations to Energise (ATEs) safely and efficiently. Working closely with Ryan, Ben helped reduce a typically six-hour activity to just over two - contributing to a more efficient and controlled workflow.

Congratulations again to Dominic, Adam, Ryan and Ben. Your leadership, care and commitment to safe, high-quality work reflect the values we strive to uphold across the JIC Project and the whole Monadelphous team.

Thank you for rising to the challenge and delivering - the right way!
