Introducing the Teamwork Baton recognition award

Last month, we proudly introduced a new initiative to further strengthen our commitment to teamwork at Monadelphous. 

The EC division Teamwork Baton recognition award is symbolised by a baton, fabricated by our Central Welding Group, to highlight examples of successful collaboration within and across business units to deliver outstanding service to our customers and provide superior returns to our shareholders. 

The criteria for the Teamwork Baton recognition award are: 

• Teamwork - working together in day-to-day operations, assisting and supporting others to achieve.  

• Respect and inclusion - fostering an environment where all members feel respected and valued.  

• Ready to learn and improve – being receptive to feedback and suggestions, demonstrating continuous improvement.  

• Results – making a positive impact on our productivity, customer outcomes and/or the communities in which we operate. 

If you have an example of collaboration that you believe deserves the Teamwork Baton award, we’d love to hear from you.  

To nominate your team, inform your manager and email communications@monadel.com.au with the following information: 

• the name of the team  
• a brief description of how you displayed teamwork and the outcome on safety, productivity or customer service.
