It's Tinny Time

Well done to Enkhmunkh and Khuvituguldur who took out a divisional Tinny Time award for going above and beyond for safety.  

While on site he noticed that his supervisor Khuvituguldur, with a tagline wrapped around his hand and intervened, emphasising the importance of safe rigging practices.  

Khuvituguldur, displayed exceptional leadership, not only welcomed Enkhumkh’s advice but also initiated a positive change in the way the task was completed.  

Great work to both for speaking up and owning it!  

The divisional award includes a $200 gift card, a Tinny Time backpack, a Tinny Time polo, and a certificate.  

Take some Tinny Time and nominate your teammates who believe should be recoginised for their contribution by advising your supervisor during shift debrief, or during refocus sessions.
