The Parker Point team has been recognised as HSE Contractor of the Quarter for the end of 2025 by Bechtel – an achievement that reflects a sustained commitment to safe work practices and a positive HSE culture across the Parker Point Stockyard Sustaining Project.

Senior HSE Advisor, Gregg Headley said that being recognised as HSE Contractor of the Quarter is a proud moment for the team.

“This award is a testament to our team’s culture, consistency and commitment, which reflects the effort everyone puts in every single day to work safely and to support each other,” he said.

Across the quarter, the team consistently met critical risk management requirements and kept a strong focus on timely action management. Their disciplined approach resulted in zero incidents, complemented by high weekly inspection scores that demonstrated both rigour and reliability.

Just as importantly, the crew stayed ahead of risk through proactive identification and management, while reinforcing positive behaviours through ICARE, ensuring that good practice became the norm, not the exception.

Gregg said he is very proud of the team for this achievement, made possible by their proactive approach and genuine care for safe outcomes.

“Thank you to everyone for your continued professionalism and dedication to maintaining such a strong safety culture on site – this award belongs to the whole team,” he said.

To mark the achievement and the people behind it, the Monadelphous team will come together for a celebratory lunch and will receive an artwork created by a local Indigenous artist.

Congratulations to the team and thank you for your ongoing focus on what matters most: ensuring everyone gets home safe.
