Congratulations to Zach and Haiqal, who have successfully completed their Electrical Apprenticeships!
Zach started with Monadelphous as a Trade Assistant at Iron Bridge in early 2023. When the project wrapped up, he moved to Christmas Creek, where his hard work was recognised. Open to further developing his skills, he expressed interest in resuming his apprenticeship, and the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) team supported him in making it happen. Since then, Zach has worked on multiple sites, gaining experience across different phases of project delivery. He has now completed his trade at Western Range, where he will remain with the electrical team.
Haiqal joined Monadelphous as part of the 2024 E&I apprenticeship intake, bringing prior residential electrical experience into his third year. Starting at Christmas Creek, he quickly adapted to the demands of large-scale industrial projects before transferring to Chemical Grade Plant 3 (CGP3). His technical skills and ability to work effectively in a team saw him become a valued member of the crew, and he has now secured a role as an Electrical Tradesperson.
Completing an apprenticeship is a significant achievement, and both Zach and Haiqal have demonstrated the commitment and effort required to reach this milestone.
We look forward to seeing them continue to grow in their careers at Monadelphous.
