During the half year, the Company achieved strong financial performance and secured significant contract awards. The Energy team undertook major scopes of work and played a large part in these results, so well done to all of you.   This month we look at the outstanding work our team has at the Karratha Gas Plant. The team has set a record for equipment reliability, which they have solely maintained since 2017. This is a great result from the team who have steadily improved on their performance, building on their own learnings to create success on this important project.  We also spend some time with Matt Lovell, who has worked on the Shell Prelude contract since 2018. He reflects on the dynamic nature of his role, how he enjoys working with his high achieving team, and what keeps him going outside of work.   You can also read about some of the recipients of the inaugural Karratha Community Fund, which provides grassroots support for the community in which our people live and work.   Finally, I also want to thank everyone who got involved in International Women’s Day on Friday 8 March. This year the theme was inspire inclusion which was an opportunity to reflect on the role we all play in doing this. Read about two inspirational women who won International Women’s Day awards for the work they do with our customer INPEX.    Thank you to everyone for your hard work and for your ongoing commitment to safety this year.   Doug      ![Doug Macintyre - Sign off](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Senior%20leader%20headshots/Doug%20Macintyre%20-%20Sign%20off.png?width=672&height=336&name=Doug%20Macintyre%20-%20Sign%20off.png)   ## Leave a comment Previous Post INPEX International Women’s Day award winners Next Post Steve Saunders: Seizing every opportunity ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/February%20Ramp%20Up5.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/inpex-international-womens-day-award-winners) [People](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/tag/people) 1 Min Read ### [INPEX International Women’s Day award winners](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/inpex-international-womens-day-award-winners) Congratulations to our Darwin workforce for having two winners in the INPEX International Women's Day Awards. ...
