Kicking off with some really exciting news… Just this week, we announced we had secured a four-year extension on our contract with INPEX, which we originally secured back in 2017. Our team supporting INPEX should be extremely proud of the work they’re undertaking to support such a significant contract award – congratulations! Over the past month, we have had a number of opportunities to bring people together, through both our Leadership and Health and Safety Representatives (HSR) Forums, both key events for recognising the important role our leaders play across our oil and gas business. The forums enable networking between peers and are an opportunity to learn from one another and share ideas.
In your last Ramp Up, you may recall reading about the findings of the Monadelphous Employee Survey and a summary of what our oil and gas team had to say. Since then, a number of Company-wide commitments have been made based on the feedback received. The key areas covered include respect, flexibility, career growth and training, communications, recognition, remuneration, benefits, rosters and onboarding. Also in this edition, read about Cameron Stonier who recently joined our oil and gas team as part of our vacation program and will later re-join Monadelphous via our graduate program.
