Welcome to the latest edition of Ramp Up.
It has been another busy and productive period across our Energy operations, with significant activity across our contracts and other areas of the business.
The Shell Prelude turnaround commenced in May and is now complete. As part of this important scope, we worked closely with HES, a Monadelphous business, whose personnel and expertise complemented our team and contributed to the successful delivery of the turnaround.
We have also completed our multidisciplinary services scope for the hook-up and commissioning of the Scarborough Energy Project's Floating Production Unit (FPU). Awarded to us last year, this work has been delivered safely and successfully, with the project remaining on track for first LNG cargo in Q4 this year. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this phase of work to a successful close. We now look forward to supporting the project through its maintenance phase.
More recently, the turnaround on Pluto Trains 1 and 2 in Karratha showcased our capability to mobilise and coordinate a large workforce to deliver on our commitments to the customer. The scope required more than 700 personnel from across both operating divisions, with a peak workforce of 466 people from M&IS and 330 from EC executing the works. This was a tremendous team effort and a great demonstration of the scale, capability and collaboration that exists across our business.
In June, we recognised International Women in Engineering Day. I encourage you to check out our social media campaign featuring Shell Senior Project Engineer Amanda, which celebrates the important contributions women continue to make across our industry.
Following the Perth launch of our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2026-2029 in March, we were proud to host a regional launch on Larrakia Country during NAIDOC Week celebrations in the Northern Territory. The week provided a valuable opportunity to connect with our locally based team members, customers and stakeholders, while recognising and celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
