How to access the program

Monadelphous’ employee benefits program is available to all employees online, which means you don’t need a card to access deals and discounts.

1. Visit monadelphous.frequentvalues.com.au
2. Login with your employee number (i.e. the number displayed on your payslip) and your surname (please ensure the first letter of your surname is a capital letter)
3. Access the latest specials and discounts and make purchases using the website – no app required
4. For dining, activities, local services, health and beauty offers search by category, select ‘Ready to Redeem’ and show your ‘digital card’ on your device to staff members in the store/restaurant, etc. to confirm eligibility
5. Make sure to save the Monadelphous benefits site as a favourite on your mobile for quicker access to savings
