We take pride in recognising and celebrating the contributions of our teammates through our Monos Moments awards program. Let's take a moment to highlight some of the many individuals across our Energy team who have recently exemplified our values of integrity, teamwork, safety and wellbeing, achievement, and loyalty.

February Monos Moments 

  • Jade Harris for her proactive approach to problem-solving when she stepped up to deliver essential PPE to a colleague, enabling them to mobilise at short notice and earning gratitude from our customer.  
  • Jack William for actively observing and addressing signs of fatigue among personnel, and his proactive intervention ensured that individuals received the support needed to navigate their duties safely.  
  • Glen Isaacs' exemplary performance earned him recognition from the Shell Engineering Team. Through meticulous planning and execution, Glen excelled in a challenging offshore scope of work, with his proactive approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to share knowledge, which significantly contributed to the success of the project. 
  • The collective efforts of  Cade Green, Stu Griffith, and Justin McEllin for their proactive engagement and collaborative approach. Together they identified opportunities for streamlining and rationalising work scopes to deliver exceptional results.  
  • Alfio Luna's commitment to safety and proactive approach to addressing potential hazards showed when he promptly identified and rectified a safety concern related to prohibited substances, reflecting a genuine concern for the safety and wellbeing of his colleagues.  
  • Simon Angel's unwavering commitment to teamwork and dedication to mentoring and empowering colleagues, particularly in workprep processes, enabled greater efficiency and productivity within the team. Simon's leadership and willingness to support his peers embody our teamwork value.  
  • Nathan Tobin, Damien Arkinstall, Alannah Angeles and Davin Ferreira for investing time and effort in mentoring apprentices and providing them with hands-on learning opportunities, fostering a supportive culture of learning and development.  
  • Heather Laird for her instrumental role in the success of the INLG transition and her leadership in training new team members.  
  • Ella Fiddian's dedication to the Dynamics project is a great example of both teamwork and achievement as she has been going above and beyond to ensure the project's success.  
  • Jason Drury for his unwavering commitment to safety protocols and proactive approach to organising and executing demonstrations, which have set a high standard and earned him recognition from our customer.  
  • Tino Anguillon's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work packs have set a benchmark for excellence within our organisation.  

 

March Monos Moments: 

  • Ross Ewing, who demonstrated integrity by promptly addressing behaviour that fell short of our expectations. Despite being new to Monadelphous, Ross courageously raised concerns to his manager, ensuring our standards were upheld.  
  • Owen Linehan's support for a colleague facing personal challenges demonstrates his commitment to safety and wellbeing. His empathy and professionalism assisted a colleague in navigating challenging circumstances, ensuring they felt supported and valued.  
  • Client leadership has recognised Dawn Smith and Kat Krolik for their outstanding contributions during critical events, particularly during cyclone down/up-man scenarios and industrial action.  
  • Elise Johnson and Kara Wicks' proactive efforts and swift action to secure last-minute resources for ILNG ensured success and maintained our reputation for reliability and responsiveness.  
  • Aleysha Carr for her consistent dedication to going above and beyond in her role. Whether managing last-minute changes to travel arrangements or assisting with organising key events, Aleysha consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and commitment.  

 

April Monos Moments 

  • Ashley Cunningham has consistently shown a strong dedication to the growth and development of our apprentices. Recently Ash identified a new learning opportunity for our Mechanical Apprentices to work with Callidus and expand their skillset.  
  • Benjamin Allen who, as the lead in Fabric Maintenance, consistently exceeds expectations and has had positive customer feedback. His adaptability was key to the team’s success during the transition to SAP4HANA.  
  • Sarah Stinten, for her valuable support and consistent care for the WGAP offshore project team in Karratha. The team appreciated Sarah’s prompt and professional responses to requests for assistance.  
  • Dave Pascoe has been recognised multiple times through positive SafeCard entries from his team for consistently going above and beyond to ensure crew safety and readiness. Dave helps to ensure the crews have everything they need to do their work safely and efficiently.  
  • Scott Julius for proactively reassessing the risk management strategy after identifying changes in work scope. This proactive approach to safely reflects commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adapting to changing conditions.  
  • Ross Middenway for pursuing positive long-term commercial outcomes with our customer, showing hard work and perseverance during a particularly busy period.
