Committed to being Safer Together

The Safe Way is the Only Way is the guiding principle for our people and underpins everything we do and the way we work. Our commitment to fostering a culture of safety and knowledge sharing is strengthened by the work our teams do with Safer Together, a not-for-profit, member-led organisation for the Australian Energy Production Industry.

As part of Safer Together’s Safety Leadership Working Group and as the lead for the Health, Safety and Environment Representative (HSER) working group for four years, HSE Manager Emma Gauld, has seen first-hand the positive impact of industry-wide collaboration.

“The working groups span a wide range of topics and focus areas, and we work alongside our customers to develop practical safety initiatives that benefit the entire industry, while promoting positive safety culture,” Emma said.

Her dedication has not gone unnoticed by her peers, with Emma receiving the ‘Best and Fairest’ award for three years in a row for her commitment, integrity and contributions as the lead for the Safer Together HSER working group.

Monadelphous has proudly partnered with Safer Together since 2018, following the establishment of the WA and NT chapter, and continues to support initiatives that lift safety performance across the industry.
