Gratitude is the practice of being thankful for and focussing on what we have in our lives, rather than on what we don’t have.
Why are we talking about gratitude? Because that’s the next topic in our 8 part Wellbeing Series by renowned wellbeing organisation, The Resilience Project.
Studies show that practicing gratitude has huge benefits for our mental and physical health, and after just 21 days, you will start to have a more positive outlook on the world. After 42 days, you become more optimistic, more energetic, better focused, less likely to get sick, sleep better, and feelings of anxiety and depression begin to improve.
