Harmony Week

At Monadelphous, we're proud to have a culture where everyone is welcome and celebrated. 

Last week, we celebrated Harmony Week, a time to acknowledge and recognise the rich diversity of cultures, backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that make our workplace unique and successful.

We spoke to Divisional HSEQ Manager, Abigail McPherson, about the importance of celebrating Harmony Week and its inclusive nature.

"Harmony Week is a really great opportunity for us to acknowledge our shared values amongst our incredibly diverse backgrounds and histories. It's a time where everyone and all our differences are celebrated together," Abigail said.

"As a workplace, it's important that we all feel included, no matter our backgrounds, and that is something that is very important to us."
