Take a look at the final map and what 'Everyone Belongs' means here at Monadelphous on our [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7176436374185680896).  We spoke to Divisional HSEQ Manager, Abigail McPherson, about the importance of celebrating Harmony Week and its inclusive nature. "Harmony Week is a really great opportunity for us to acknowledge our shared values amongst our incredibly diverse backgrounds and histories. It's a time where everyone and all our differences are celebrated together," Abigail said. "As a workplace, it's important that we all feel included, no matter our backgrounds, and that is something that is very important to us." As we reflect on Harmony Week and its inclusive spirit, let's continue create and support an environment where every voice is heard and valued, embodying the true essence of unity in diversity at Monadelphous. ## Leave a comment Previous Post Get more out of 2024 - Healthy habits Next Post Carving his own path ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Monos%20Moment%20Image.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/recent-monos-moments-24) [Monos Moment](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/tag/monos-moment) 4 Min Read ### [Celebrating our recent Monos Moments](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/recent-monos-moments-24) Our Energy rewards and recognition program, Monos Moment, is all about celebrating our team members who go ...
