- Kate Baker: Kate has made a significant impact by founding the South West Women in Infrastructure, Mining, and Minerals group, with a growing support community. Her leadership in promoting diversity and inclusion drives positive change in the industry.
- Mitchell Jones: Mitchell has consistently shown patience and professionalism, handling situations gracefully and respectfully and setting a positive example for his colleagues.
- Joshua Hardbottle: Since joining the Inpex team, Josh has been instrumental in improving and aligning Offshore and Onshore commercial reporting, significantly enhancing the Offshore Inpex team's efficiency.
- Katrina Sweeney: Katrina proactively sourced skin check self-check cards for field staff after a funding shortage stopped the expansion of benefits, leading to a positive outcome for the health and safety of the crews.
- Jocelyn Yu: Jocelyn received high praise from Inpex for her exceptional attention to detail in claims submissions, with feedback highlighting the quality of her work as the best they've had.
- Alysha Tulley: Alysha played a key role in Shell's adoption of My Pass, using her experience to guide the implementation process, which was recognised as valuable at the Q2 Shell BPR.
August Monos Moments
- Irene Pettigrew: Irene streamlined the HR team's Succession Plan process by automating the spreadsheet, creating an EC version, and improving efficiency across the business.
- Ant Mircev: Ant stepped up to support Woodside by filling a gap in the logistics team, demonstrating his adaptability and commitment to the contract, strengthening client relationships.
- Lucien Bafile: Lucien has been a key supporter of the Energy BU's adoption of the new Dynamics 365 system, with his efforts recognised by the Project team and Executive Management.
- Jay McGowan: Jay played a crucial role in securing a promotion for his team by working closely with the client and recognising his team's efforts, showcasing leadership.
- Pallav Nanda: Pallav consistently contributes to Woodside's CI&I initiative program, highlighting his focus on cost savings and scope avoidance.
- Mat Lovell: Mat has been driving improvements in administrative tasks at Shell Prelude, working on migrating processes like leave and expense claims to Teams forms, with potential for wider application.
- Warren Hahony: Warren showed great care and integrity by rescuing an injured bird of prey, working with wildlife rescue to ensure its safety and wellbeing, reflecting teamwork and Monadelphous' values.
September Monos Moments
- Trent Nielsen: Trent demonstrated strong HSE values and leadership during the TAR, guiding and protecting the workforce. His excellent leadership was recognised by Woodside.
- Nathan Jamieson: Nathan was acknowledged by Woodside for his significant contribution to the TAR, showing excellent leadership and safety behaviours while guiding and supporting the workforce.
- Natasha Fowler: Natasha helped protect the company from safety risks and reputational damage.
- Elise Johnson: Elise worked tirelessly to manage disruptions at Inpex Offshore, ensuring the workforce was rebooked onto flights and kept updated, showcasing her dedication and problem-solving skills.
- Francais Mercaida: Francais received the Premium Player Award for his exceptional work in resourcing Generator 3, ensuring materials were correctly managed and all requirements were met first time.
- Lisa Watson: Lisa was recognised with a Premium Player Award for her strong teamwork in working with the PLA planning team and implementing systems that improved offshore team processes.
- Shaun Thomas: Shaun was recognised by the client for his systematic approach to planning and execution, ensuring safe and timely completion of complex scopes.
- Sam Cracroft-Wilson: Sam led the transition to the new ScafPac system, showing strong work ethic and patience in ensuring its accuracy and helping others adopt it.
- Trevor You: Trevor completed a CTR reconciliation for the Inpex Offshore contract, demonstrating resilience and patience in improving reporting accuracy.
- Heather Laird: Heather’s dedication to onboarding and meeting site procedures for ILNG was recognised, highlighting her commitment and passion for Monadelphous’ values.
- Benjamin Mills: Ben spearheaded the reduction of plastic waste at Prelude by initiating a trial of biodegradable Caution and Danger Tape, positively impacting the environment.
- Cameron Wieland: Cam received client feedback praising his leadership and supervision during the NRC TAR event, showcasing his maturity, focus on safety, and work ethic.
- Richard Kavanagh & Mick Plunkett: Richard and Mick received recognition from Woodside for their excellent performance in front-end delivery of complex scope, highlighting their commitment to safety and collaboration.
- Khulan Magsarjav: Khulan showed perseverance and excellence during a busy period on the Shell contract, going above and beyond to support the team despite challenging conditions.
- Phillip Scott: Phil received recognition from a craft employee for his support and compassion during a difficult personal period, demonstrating his leadership and care for his team.
October Monos Moments
- Tamara Archer: Tamara dedicated additional hours to support the Maintenance Conference, ensuring the event was well-coordinated and ran seamlessly.
- Luke O'Sullivan: Luke received positive client feedback for his attention to detail during Campaign 8, including labelling outlets to improve clarity for future testing.
- Brendan Clark: Brendan stepped up during the ILNG shutdown, creating training packages and mentoring new coordinators to improve productivity and address planning challenges.
- Paige Lang: Paige provided vital assistance in resolving Iron Mountain account issues, auditing processes, and collaborating with PAs to update procedures for future clarity.
- Alana Collings: Alana supported an injured colleague through medical care, hospital visits, and follow-up, demonstrating genuine care and dedication to their wellbeing.
- John Ledo: John managed rostering and onboarding for over 50 FIFO resources during the ILNG unplanned outage, delivering detailed resource plans that impressed the client.
- Wade Passmore: Wade developed a Power BI tool to streamline KGP resourcing, improving efficiency and prioritisation of tasks.
- Fallon Short: Fallon provided guidance and support to a new team member during a disruptive period, going above and beyond her role to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Aaron Smith: Aaron demonstrated leadership in the coatings refurbishment of the Jacket Leg and Potable Water Tank, ensuring high safety standards and timely completion.
- Dean Currie: Dean was recognised for his commitment to hazard identification and reporting, earning frequent praise from the facility and a promotion to FTL.
If you see a ‘Monos Moment’ you can take two minutes to nominate a team or team member. It can be for something big, small, at work, or outside of work – the only requirement is that there is a clear link to one (or more) of the Monadelphous values as outlined below:
