Back in the May edition of Ramp Up we shared the story of the crew onboard and supporting the LNG tanker Northwest Stormpetrel. This month, the team was awarded the Maintenance and Industrial Services (M&IS) Teamwork Baton for their exceptional work and quick-thinking in developing and executing a safe and workable solution in response to a significant challenge.
What ultimately made this mission a success was not only the great teamwork between the crew, but also their close collaboration with subcontractors and customer teams. You can read the full story here.
Congratulations to all involved in navigating this scenario together and being deserving winners of the M&IS Teamwork Baton, a great honour.
The baton is about celebrating our successes across the division, representing the importance of working together as a collective.
The map below shows the journey the baton has been on since August 2018. If you’d like to submit a great example of teamwork to be considered for the baton, send it to communications@monadel.com.au
