Our front-end team working on the Woodside contract at the Mia Yellagonga office recently took a break from their regular schedule for an afternoon of team building, lawn bowls and fun.
The team aims to hold quarterly town halls or team-building activities that bring everyone together, including support team members from Monadelphous’ Victoria Park office, to connect and build relationships. This time, they showcased their lawn bowl skills.
The afternoon at the South Perth Bowling Club provided a great opportunity for team members from different work streams to interact and get to know one another beyond the office.
Awards were also up for grabs during the day! Congratulations to the "Best Quad Team" which was won by Baden Colella, Kymron Smith, Max Payne and Luke Charlton, recognising the group that displayed exemplary teamwork – and competitiveness. Rob Koltai took out the "Closest to Jack" award after putting on a winning display of precision.
The afternoon was well received by those who attended and highlights the importance of connection outside of our teams’ busy schedules.
