A Christmas message from Nick Raffan

Welcome to the final edition of The Fix for 2025.

As we head into the festive season, it is crucial we maintain our safety focus, particularly as this time of year tends to have a lot of distractions. Whether you are performing high risk, complex tasks or you are doing cyclone preparation and packing up before the break, every job has risks. As always, safety is our number one priority, and we want everyone to return home safely each and every day.

We’ve had a big year. From the acquisition of HES, our high-voltage business to a steady pipeline of work across all contracts, and a healthy portfolio of upcoming tenders, the outlook for our business is positive. We’ve continued our commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work with the broadening of the Monadelphous Community Grants Program which now includes Newman and Port Hedland (in addition to the foundational Karratha grants program).

Whether you’re taking a well-deserved break or continuing to work through the holiday season, please stay safe, look after one another, and take time to recharge.
