Hi everyone,
Welcome to the latest edition of The Fix.
It has been another busy and rewarding period across our business, with several achievements highlighting the strength of our people, partnerships and performance.
In June, we were recognised as 'Contractor of the Month' on the Hope Downs 2 project for our outstanding performance and commitment to safety, culture and productivity. We also received positive feedback from our customer Ventia for HES' work on the Square Kilometre Array project, which you can read more about in this edition.
It is always pleasing to receive recognition from our customers and partners. These achievements reflect our ability to consistently rise to the challenge and deliver – the right way.
Also in June, we recognised International Women in Engineering Day. I encourage you to check out our social media campaign featuring Port Hedland-based Project Engineer Elise, which celebrates the important contributions women continue to make across our industry.
Following the Perth launch of our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2026-2029 in March, we were proud to host a regional launch on Ngarluma Country. Ngarluma Elder Kerry Anne Churnside delivered the Welcome to Country, and the event provided an opportunity to strengthen connections between Monadelphous, our customers and local Indigenous businesses across the Pilbara. It was a meaningful occasion that reinforced our commitment to building lasting partnerships and creating positive outcomes for Indigenous communities.
We're also continuing to strengthen collaboration across Monadelphous. Recently, HES has been supporting the Energy business on offshore projects, creating opportunities to leverage our capabilities in new environments and broaden our customer base. This collaboration aligns with our goal of continuing to grow HES while delivering value across the division.
As we move through the second half of the year, I want to thank everyone for their ongoing commitment, professionalism and focus on delivering for our customers. As we head towards the end of the year, I encourage you to take a moment to celebrate these achievements and the positive impact we continue to make together.
Until next time, stay safe and look after each other.
Nick
