My initial years in Port Hedland revolved around car dumper mega shutdowns."   In his current role, Aaron leads a dynamic team, often embarking on multi-disciplinary projects.   "Recently, we've ventured into the civil and electrical space, where we currently have around 50 personnel," Aaron said.   "I've been part of exciting ventures like shutdowns at Boddington, BHP CD3 and CD1 mega shuts, as well as the FMG Moisture Reduction Program."   The CD3 project was a particular highlight so far for Aaron, which came with its unique challenges, but a dedicated team ensured timely and budget-conscious completions.   "It was a massive project with over 500 people involved.
