Celebrating our MMNW Employee of the Year

Congratulations again to Seamus, our superstar Senior Superintendent on being named our ‘Employee of the Year’ for his unwavering positivity in embracing change and his ability to rise to challenges – qualities that align with our core values of People, Performance and Reputation.  

This well-deserved award comes just a few months after Seamus received a Northern Star Achievement Award in August 2024. In addition to his own accolades, Seamus demonstrated true leadership by nominating his colleagues for recognition – two of whom went onto win their own Northern Star Achievement Awards.  

The Northern Star Achievement Award honours employees for sustained excellence and exceptional contributions. Seamus consistently exemplifies this standard through his leadership in safety, his commitment to his team, and his integral role with the Port Hedland and East Pilbara team.
