Earlier this year, High Energy Service (HES) proudly recognised the achievements of its future workforce during the Annual Apprentice Awards Lunch.
This flagship event celebrated outstanding apprentices from across the organisation for their exceptional performance, growth, and commitment to excellence.
We caught up with Workshop & Apprenticeship Manager James about the awards.
“Our apprenticeship program is the cornerstone of our commitment to training, education and long-term industry development,” James said.
“We host this event annually to recognise the hard work, dedication and development of our apprentices, and celebrate those who exemplify excellence in their roles.”
HES’ comprehensive training framework equips every apprentice with the qualifications to become a skilled electrician with specialised capabilities in the high-voltage (HV) sector.
